Anyway to get the update to work in snow?

Its asking for Lion and my computer gave me issues with LION.
This is a good app, for seeing fairly up to date quotes as well as news. I like the links I can add, wish there was more of a note taking section too.
I have purchased another app store stock program for keeping track of my portfolio and doing charting with signal analysis. The two apps are quite complimentary giving me a nice overall view.
