Purchased yesterday, expensive and keeps crashing DO NOT PURCHASE

Dear StockSpy,

You took my twenty-spot yesterday and your app won’t load today (though the dock icon won’t go away). I so regret this purchase.

Please update or refund. Trying to initiate a claim through American Express and Apple.

Update: This program continues to create problems. Despite my repeated efforts the program would not completely close. It remained in my dock and appeared in use despite the fact I couldn’t find a window anywhere. Many attempts to "force quit" were unsuccessful and my Mac refused to restart because StockSpy wouldn’t quit! A hard reboot finally did the trick. Guess where the program is now? In the trash. $20 worth of trash.
